Tooltips not loading jQuery or other js files from parent document

I have installed and had great luck configuring qTip2 for my site. I use it in many different configurations which is one of the thing I love about this library. I have it working as a standard tooltip replacement, in-line ajax tooltip containing html content, and as a ajax modal with an order form. My issue is that somewhere along the line, my tooltips no longer load the jQuery files into the DOM contained inside the tips.

If I address the files directly from the ajax loaded pages, then my the scripts work. I cannot figure out what I might have done to cause this to change. It was at one time working correctly.

Is there a simple know issue where I might find some place to start my search for correction. If necessary, I can provide a link to the site I am working on.

Hmm, can you clarify a bit more about what the problem is? It sounds like you're attempting to load files via AJAX that have <script> elements in them?

I would actually prefer to not have to do that. I have my scripts stored in a global JS file. I think my problem might be as simple as a syntax error. If I load the page outside the modal, it works correctly (I have to load the scripts directly in this case, but it works). So somewhere in my library of functions, I have broken it.
