qTip Integration with PeopleSoft

Thanks for providing a very useful tool in qTip. I was able to derive dynamic tooltips for PeopleSoft application using qTip and blogged it here.

Hi Srini,

I am trying to add tooltip in a peoplesoft page and I took help from the below link.

However, the tooltip is not appearing.
Can you please suggest if anything needs to be changed from the given steps.
