Opacity but only in border?
I want a nice thick gray border with round corners but I also want it with some opacity... similar to the Facebook pop-up style.

I'm playing around with suggestions in the forum and it seems that I can only apply opacity to the entire qTip box.

So is there a way to just apply opacity to the border? Huh

Thank-you.
