need some help about qtip

dear craig,

I'm now developing my own website,
when I visit the domos in your website:

http://craigsworks.com/projects/qtip2/demos/#forum

I was attracted by the layout in the tutorial content

when you click a tutorial from the left navigate bar

the tutorial can display in the right content based on Ajax.

Now I've got the navigate bar in the left content,
How can I or which plugin should I use to apply in the right content like your demos website?

Really need some help,,,
