I would like to know if it is possible to make a modal tooltip appear over another with the current version of qTip or if I have to upgrade to qTip 2.0 which seems to render better the modal tooltips.

I'd suggest using qTip2, it has much better modal functionality Smile

Nevermind, I made an ugly javascript popup with window.open() over the modal tooltip which gives me the bahaviour I wished.
I will upgrade to qTip2 later.
