IE9 Gradient Jtools Issue

On my page http://www.howardirizarry.com/webdesign.php I am using the jtool tooltip. Works great in all browsers, and obviously IE9 has gradient issues.

I've tried messing with the IE specific section to no avail. Is there a way for me to call a different tooltip or just give it a flat background color "Just in the IE" browser. No matter what I do the IE version keeps rendering the background in white.

Actually, it doesn't work on safari either, however it works fine on the iPhone Safari

False alarm, Safari works fine--IE is still the issue.

IE doesn't support CSS gradients, but it _does_ support SVG used as backgrounds. Take a look here: http://css3wizardry.com/2010/10/29/css-g...s-for-ie9/
