In IE 8 when i move the mouse out of the element a black border appears a little moment before the tooltip dissapear? Is this the normal behavior? Because this also happen in the demos section of this site.
This only happen when i enable show tip and radius border.

l0coporti, unforunately this is a problem with IE's filter attributes conflicting with the VML used to create the corners, and is ssaly unavoidable. If you want to stop it all together, you just have to not use opacity in the show/hide effects e.g. fade in/out.
