Getting googleCalendarID details

Getting googleCalendarID details
Reference:
moment 2.22.1
jquery 3.3.1
qtips2 3.0.3
fullcalendar 3.9.0

I'm wondering if anyone might be able to help. I'm trying to add qtips to a fullcalendar implementation that draws its content from Google Calendar.
As far as I can tell there no documentation on this site that details how to pull content from Google Calendar.

I've added the following code to display some googleCalendarId information in pop-up qtips but the title does not get displayed. Only the event.description content is being displayed.

JS Code
eventRender: function(event, element) {
	element.qtip({
		title: event.title,
		content: event.description,
		position: {
			my: 'top left',
			at: 'bottom left',
			viewport: $(window),
			adjust:{
				method: 'flipinvert',
				x: 0,
				y: 3
			}
		},
		show: {
			ready:false
		},
		hide: {
			fixed: true
		}
	});
},

Does anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Getting googleCalendarID details
position: {viewport($window)} does not seem to show a qtip when using
jquery 3.3.1
qtips2 3.0.3

if I use something like position:{my: 'top left', at: 'bottom right'} istead
qtip will show
